I was very impressed with the layout, variety, character, customer service and overall aesthetics of this location. My wife and I were slightly confused pulling in as we’ve never driven into the parking lot of the grocery store only to be met by a Port au quecher that offered online order pick up and accessibility for veterans and the elderly. It was nice to see a chain that caters to the elderly, who deserve the assistance of the younger generations. They have a great selection of wine and alcoholic beverages, and there were plenty of open registers for customers checking out with their groceries.

Update: 10/30/19 Still great staff, Joes the man! They have improved on freshness A LOT. The mushrooms now have their own enclosed case to keep longer. The apples most times are in mush better shape. Organic section is very limited now. It seems that they stopped over stocking and only have a few but they are normally fresh. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Staff members are great. Produce has gone down hill the past year. Been shopping exclusively here for 7+ years for our groceries because we got tired of waiting in line at Walmart longer than you shopped for. I was vegan for 5 1/2 years and this WAS the best place to get our veggies. Over the past year their produce has fallen. A lot of wilted, bruised, unedible food stocks their coolers. Winn-Dixie now has fresher vegetables but they don't have the selection.

The bakery is amazing here. It's a little on the expensive side, but they have so much to choose from and it rivals a free-standing cake bakery. They offer a butcher area for fresh cuts of meat and have a nice selection of seafood. The store is clean and easily accessible. I really enjoyed shopping here today. The regular groceries are very competitively priced. They also have a full liquor store in the grocery store.

To tell you the truth, I'm a Winn Dixie baby, born and raised. Now I have no choice but to find a new grocery store. So,looks like Rouse is it. Believe me, this decision was not!!! Overnight. It was clean, organized, product was not hard to find. Employees weren't too friendly but I haven't been a customer for no period of time. Of all the grocery stores here, I think it's going to be Rouses. Time will tell.

Came here for a specific bourbon and clearly Canadian The cashier and money lady (back of customer service) were having a discussion after I walked up. The convo was abt mishandling of cash for another cashier. The woman in front of me seemed to get frustrated *(rightfully so). The money lady had a tone and being downright ugly right in front of me. All in all, I love rouses where seafood is fresh alcohol is plenty!

Get anything on food bars EXCEPT Breakfast. It's really bad & $6.99/lb! Melissa is bakery is GREAT ask for her for your cakes. Great food, service, gifts, alcohol options... ambiance is alright. Café where you sit down to eat could def be cleaner. Great bakery. Melissa does the best cakes! Def a great salad bar option to have & hot food, especially since Winn-Dixie closed & Salad Station is the only other healthy option here & a little pricey. Not an affordable grocery per say, but you get what you pay for & Rouses is a one-stop shop of quality for whatever gifting, hosting, entertaining, don't feel like cooking nights you have to do!

The dairy section here consistently stays well-stocked and organized, even later in the evening. Compared to other grocery stores nearby, products seem fresher and rotated more carefully throughout the day. We’ve had fewer issues with out-of-date items here, which makes shopping feel more dependable overall.

Overall win of a store. They have a wonderful selection of food and drink for not bringing a specialty store. Not once have I left here disappointed with a product, especially their sushi. The atmosphere inside feels welcoming and open, while being well laid out. TLDR: good variety, quality, and atmosphere

Super bougie location that has the really fancy liquor and bakery items. Rouses is the best in general for just about everything, and this is definitely among the nicer locations.
